September 14th grape harvest

A particularly dry year: we had a snowless winter and very little rain during the other seasons.

It was a matter of a prolonged heat throughout the vegetative period of the plant and not of isolated peaks of high temperatures. The vines therefore had time to react and adapt: the grapes were very healthy, the wines will be characterized by a beautiful ripe fruit and an elegant structure.
